It’s official! Keeping fit is fun. Add in a multi-generational dimension and it can be downright hilarious. But there is a serious side to it, and it’s one that almost everybody understands these days. The trouble is, it’s not always that easy to find something that the whole family can enjoy together.
The Studio’s Family Bootcamps are fun-packed sessions, designed so that mums and dads can take part in a medium intensity exercises, with the children alongside, doing the same exercises at a lower intensity. The natural competitiveness of kids makes this a great way for the whole family to stay active, and have fun.
The sessions are suitable for children from 3 upwards. Younger children are welcome to attend but must be directly supervised.
